A veteran, advocate, and unwavering ally for people with disabilities, neurodiverse individuals, and fellow veterans seeking meaningful work. Since 2015, he has provided one-on-one vocational support, helping people navigate the job search process with dignity, confidence, and hope.
As someone who lives with disabilities himself, Rolando understands how overwhelming and isolating the employment journey can feel. That’s why he approaches every person he works with not as a case, but as a whole individual—with unique strengths, challenges, and goals. His mission is simple: to walk alongside each person, open doors, and help them find not just a job, but a sense of purpose and belonging.
Rolando’s nearly 20 years in the security industry, combined with his service in the Army National Guard, shaped his resilience and deep sense of service. Today, he brings that same commitment to every client interaction—offering support, encouragement, and real-world solutions that empower people to take their next step forward.
